Ole hyvä ja tarkista tilin asetukset valitsemalla tilin nimi vasemmassa coloumn, sitten "Account Settings".

1. Klikkaa "Kopiot ja kansiot" ja tarkista, onko vaihtoehtoja Viestit Arkisto valitaan. Tämä valikko on vaihtoehtoja, mitä tehdä viestin, kun se saavuttaa postilaatikkoon.
2. Seuraava Klikkaa "synkronointia ja varastointi" ja valitse "Älä poista mitään viestejä"

Please check the account settings by clicking on the name of the account in the left coloumn, then selecting "Account Settings".

1. Click on "Copies and Folders" and check to see if the options in Messages Archives are selected. This menu will have the options for what to do with a message once it reaches the inbox.
2. Next Click on "Syncronization and Storage" and select "Don't delete any messages"
