My book marks were organized and easily accessible, and now I can't even find them. They are not in the nice folders that allowed instant access. :(
I had my regularly used sites bookmarked in nice, easily-found folders. Now the folders have disappeared, and I have to search for sites through a long list instead of by the categories (tags). This is costing me time and money (I use these to go from one to another in a short amount of time to pay fills for my home and for my business!), and frankly, I'm just plain angry. And frustrated. Where was the warning you were dumping my stuff??? Why on earth did you do this??? If you backed this up like it says, WHERE ARE MY NICE FOLDERS???

Hi, sorry your having troubles. Have you checked your Desktop for a folder called OldFirefoxProfile ?
Please check for a 2nd Profile, your looking for the oldest folder :
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recover-lost-or-missing-bookmarks
fyi: tags are now not being used and getting stripped out for some reason that is beyond the scope of this Support Volunteer.
Suggest maybe backup as all businesses do so important information is not lost :

Let us know if you find anything.
