When trying to send email in TB 91.2 I get error message:-

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Unable to establish a secure link with Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.tiscali.co.uk using STARTTLS since it doesn't advertise that feature. Switch off STARTTLS for that server or contact your service provider. Server settings image below. Running up-to-date Win10 with Kaspersky Internet security

The recommended settings for tiscali accounts, and any others on TalkTalk, are:

mail.talktalk.net on 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP), SSL/TLS, and smtp.talktalk.net on 587, STARTTLS; authentication = normal password, User Name = email address.

I would disable all TB profile folder and secure connection scanning options in Kaspersky.
