Some emails have trouble loading and I have to click on the Try Again to get it load. This happens to frequently. Also I used to be able to right-click on a picture in an email and the pop-up menu would give me the option to Save As. Most of the time it does not include this. Also when a picture or graphic is blank, I used to be able to right-click and the pop-up menu would give the option to reload the picture. It does not have this option most of the time now. Version 4.0 is a very poor upgrade. Is there anyway to return to the previous version which worked fine.

ozzieBo:

If you truly wish to downgrade from Firefox 4.0, I will give you the Firefox 3.6 latest version.

Here is the link: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html

Although I strongly recommend you stay on Firefox 4.0 since it has the most recent security and stability updates.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)

Thank you everyone for the instructions on how to re-install Firefox 3.6. Version 4 was very user unfriendly and constantly failed to load web pages or web page pictures. It also ran very slow and it was very hard to locate Ad-Ons and other info. Unless these glitches are fixed and it becomes functional, I will not upgrade back to 4.0.
