If you are using an Android 6.0 or 7.0 device you cannot. Due to Android changes no browser can import Chrome bookmarks in these Android versions.

If you are using an older version of Android then you can use the Import setting in Firefox. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/get-started-firefox-android#w_import-your-android-bookmarks-and-history
