I'm suddenly unable to open the Walgreens website through Firefox. I can still open it in Chrome but Firefox is my default browser.

I use the Walgreens site frequently for work photos. For the last couple of days I've been unable to open that site using Firefox. I've tried various ways and it just never loads. I went to Chrome and was able to get to Walgreens that way but Firefox is my preferred browser. Help!!

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What are the exact error message(s) ?

Nothing happens. I don't get an error message. A new tab pops up but the screen is blank. It simply never loads. All I see is New Tab and the bouncing dot.

Can Firefox resolve this domain if you check this in the DNS lookup tool on the about:networking page?

You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.

You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.

If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" (Mac: Command+Shift+R) to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.

I tried all those things. I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for using the first two links. I didn't see anything that indicated that Walgreens was blocked. I tried using "Ctrl+F5" and "Ctrl+Shift+R and nothing happened.
