I have .mp4, .m4v, and .mkv videos, all with embedded subtitles that I can see in VLC.
How can I see the subtitles in Firefox? For now, subtitles are in both French and English.

It is embedded in the video
That is why I can see the subtitles when I open the video file with VLC. When I put the files on my website and open them from Firefox, I get audio and video and NOT subtitles, and I have found no controls to allow me to see the subtitles.

Using Win10 1909 (2) Firefox 77.0.1 (64-bit)
On my website, I created and copied: filename.m4v filename.eng.srt filename.eng.vtt filename.fre.srt filename.fre.vtt
an then tried to play "filename.m4v" - video and audio played - no subtitles
