I changed my primary email on Firefox account and remove the old email. Problem is that I just login on the email and all the info is gone and I can't login on the previous email because seems that doesn't exist(says I should wait 15min before trying to login)

When you change login ID email anything sync with the previous ID is deleted and only way to restore is to go back to the original computer or device the contained the data to re-sync the data correctly. Sync isn't to be used as a backup system.
