Hi, I lost access to my account because my email got deleted by Google, I don't want to lose the information of that account because there are password that I can't remember by myself. I can't log because I need to type a verification code. Can you help me out please?

Hola, Si no puedes acceder al correo registrado y no tenias un correo secundario entonces no puedes recuperar la cuenta de Sync de Firefox, se debe validar que eres propietario de alguna de las cuentas registradas accediendo a ellas. Saludos
