Download previous version to older ipad for the first time
I wish to download Firefox to my older iPad for the first time, It currently runs iOS 10.3.3. The App Store requires V 11.4. How do I get a previous version. The only advice I've found relates to downgrading from a present installed version. Thanks

For the security most would advocate the latest Browser for security and privacy reason. Going to a outdate older version is a big security risk. I would say check with Apple about updating the App Store app to use the latest Browser.
Hi Backslashuser1, The key to getting older apps on older versions of iOS is whether or not you have purchased the app.
- If you have already purchased the app, you should be able to open the App Store app, then go to your account, open the list of Purchased apps, and download Firefox. You will be offered the latest version of Firefox that is compatible with your device.
- If you have not purchased the app, you'll have to purchase it using another device. If not a more recent iOS device, you can use an older version of iTunes (before they removed the app store from iTunes) to purchase Firefox. Then follow the steps above to install it on your older iOS device.

I can't use the latest browser with my latest iOS 10.3.3 system. I can't access previous Firefox downloads on the App Store, or from Mozilla. I can't contact Mozilla directly online to ask their advice. Seems it can't be done. Thanks

The Chris Ilias post is impossible for me to implement, I do not have the resources to follow his suggestions. I saw the post earlier and sought a better solution.
If this is apples' fault for not making an earlier Firefox version available and Mozilla remains aloof, I have no recourse.
Thanks all anyways
We were told by PayPal that ipad2 could be used for transactions but can,t download browser software to make that happen. What a cluster
