Can I deploy a certificate automatically in a new install of Firefox?
I've looked at numerous posts regarding importing certificates into Firefox...none of which seem to take into consideration the initial deployment. (Just as an example: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/859507?as=aaq)
I'd like to be able to include 2 certificates by default in every installation. We can modify all sorts of user settings, from Proxy, to how often it checks for updates...but there's no way to have certificates included by default in an installation? That seems like a glaring oversight. Please someone tell me i'm missing something here.
This is not to mention that Firefox stores all this information post-installation into a randomly named directory which has necessitated doing all the configurations pre-installation. It's incredibly frustrating to manage.
So...the bottom line is:
Is there a way to include certificates automatically in an installation, or does it have to be done profile-specific post-installation using that certutil thing?

You can initialize a profile by creating a defaults\profile folder in the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\) and place files in it.
You can place a cert8.db file that has the certificates installed in that folder to have them copied to newly created profiles.
