I want to import my bookmarks from Avant Browser to Firefox. How?
I have followed the instructions for importing bookmarks but Avant Browser is not given as an option.

Not a browser I had heard about. I also note it appears to use online bookmarks. I found this from a quick webserch

So it appear you should be able to export bookmarks from the Avant Browser as HTML bookmarks. Those will then import into Firefox.
