How is the "Error Loading Application liveagent is not defined" problem solved?
Upon trying with Firefox to open my stock brokerage's "new platform" stock trading page, all I get is a central spinning wheel on a solid color background that then leaves the following error message: "Error Loading Application liveagent is not defined".
I've tried clearing Firefox's cache and cookies and that was ineffective to adequately launch the "new platform". Firefox still displays my brokerage's old flash-based "legacy" trading platform well.
My old Internet Explorer browser can't display the "new platform" stock trading page either.
I'm using Firefox version 52.2.1, Windows Vista, * Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 10.1.16 Installed plugins:
- NPRuntime Script Plug-in Library for Java(TM) Deploy
- Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0
- 5.1.41212.0
- NPWLPG
- Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) plug-in for Mozilla browsers.
Thanks for your help with this "Error Loading Application liveagent is not defined" question.
