Things popping up aren't something Browser caused but more malware related. Did you install toolbars or the liks?

Am thinking I may have installed an Indonesian version of Firefox. Mine is a new computer & when I downloaded foxfire it may have been a version from Indonesian foxfire, Which is available I think. Does this sound logical?

I have the EN firefox and google homepage and when I go to it nothing pops up. Also remember those could be coming from your ISP based on your computer Language region as well and when you switched to EN you said it disappeared so that would mean that is a isolated to your Region ISP that is probably doing that.
