Why won't Ad Choices opt-out of 92 ad choices? IE opts out all?
No matter what I do, it won't opt-out of 92 opt-outs.

If you would like to use WebChoices to state your preferences against companies participating in this tool, set your browser to accept third party and first party cookies."
