why does firefox 6.0 takes a long time to load certain websites?
After a recent update to firefox 6.0, some web pages take a long time (5 to 10 minutes) to load. Windows 7, 64 bit. some sites are LATIMES.COM, NYTIMES.COM

I"m convinced that something happened within Firefox. But what?
