Hi,

My hard drive Failed but I was able to save all my Data to an External Hard drive, I have to re-install Firefox again. I want to recover my old Firefox profile and transfer it to the new hard drive, The problem is I can't find the Firefox App Data Folder on the External Hard drive I have turned on viewing of hidden files and folders but still can't find it.

Would the folder still be on the old hard drive or is there any way i can recover the Folder?

Thanks

You need to un-hide the hidden files and folders in Windows 7.

Are you able to access the current Firefox profile folder via Windows Explorer?

  • C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\

Can you at least access the <user> folder that you used previously?
