Can't log into my support account, can't receive reset e-mails
I had to make a new support.mozilla.org account because I can't get into my old one. I'm not sure if I'm remembering my username right, and I don't remember my password (and it seems it wasn't saved in my saved logins). I've tried sending reset e-mails to all the e-mail addresses I might have used for the account, multiple times, but none of them have received anything. I've checked the spam folders, and I don't have issues receiving other types of Firefox e-mails.

It works .....
Hello SavannahJ,
You say that you can't login to your "support account" - well, obviously you can, otherwise you wouldn't have been able to post this question .....
You posted another question here :
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1236100
However, could it be that you are talking about a Sync account ?
You might want to try re-reading my post.

Nice .....
Before I posted my answer (as nobody else had and I wanted to help) I read and re-read your post, believe me.
You start you post with :
" I had to make a new support.mozilla.org account because I can't get into my old one"
This is the support.mozilla.org page and I gave you a link to your previous thread.
As this is not about a Sync account, then I can only hope that somebody else will be able to help you .....
Let's try this again:
"I had to make a new support.mozilla.org account because I can't get into my old one"
Keep reading that until you get it.

Unless you used a different username / display name for your old account : on the support forum this account that you are using right now, will be the only active account. If you used an account with a different username / display name, it may have been deactivated.
So my question to you : did you use a different username / display name for that old account ?
Yes, I did.

Yes, I did.
Do you remember which username / displayname you used ?
And how long ago it was that you were using that account ?
As I mentioned, I'm not sure if I'm remembering my username right. And I don't remember how long it's been since I used it. However, I managed to find an old comment from that account, and it looks like it no longer exists, since my username shows as "user243512", and clicking on that leads to a "Page Not Found".

That means that your old account has been deactivated.
Unless you had some "unfinished business" on that account (problems that haven't been solved) - just leave it in the past.
You have a new account now, so if you have any questions : ask away SavannahJ ......
