How do I setup Firefox to automatically refresh all tabs from last session upon startup? That way, I don't have to right-click the open tab and select "Select All Tabs" then right-click a tab again to select "Reload Tabs." There should be a checkbox that if checked will cause all tabs to reload/be refreshed upon launching Firefox.

Firefox loads these pages from the cache, so you need to clear the disk cache when you close Firefox to prevent Firefox from loading a copy from the cache.
