Unfortunately my Mac OS is Tiger - this only works for Snow Leopard.

We now appear to have a problem with Firefox5, that I updated to yesterday. Connecting to my Banking site today it asked me to install it; it was already installed and appears to work on Chrome and IE9. I have just updated Trusteer Rapport to the latest version (from my banking site) but no Rapport icon appears anywhere. Any known fixes; is this a Rapport problem or a Firefox problem? Mike.

Trusteer Rapport worked on my Firefox 4 under Windows 7, but after installing Firefox 5.0, the Rapport's icon next to the address bar disappeared. Attempts to restore it using Rapport Console (as described here http://www.trusteer.com/faq/how-restore-rapport-address-bar-icon ) did not work.

The service itself is running, but I have no way to know whether it is functioning properly.

I eventually found the answer on Trusteer's site. Firefox 5 is not compatible with Rapport at the moment but will be in a few days when they release a new version. If you put a queries ticket on their site they will email you when the new version is ready.

Update: Rapport new works with Firefox 5...
