firefox 6.0.2 crashes 99% of the time. This has never happened
unexpectedly crashes all the time. Prev vers didn't hav this problem. only 50% of the time it can restore back to where it was before the crash. I hav no viruses or bugs and the pgms I hav to ck this hav not reported any problems.

Yes, this is ridiculous. I'd switch to Chrome for good if Chrome wasn't so lame.

Type about:crashes in the URL bar and hit Enter.
Click the hyperlinks to bring up the Crash Report pages and copy'n'paste the URL of each of those reports into the message box here. We'll see if we can help you figure out what is causing those crashes to happen.
Placed Skype offline and Foxfire 6.0.2 seems to be working now.
If you have McAfee Site Advisor plugin, see if disabling it helps. I had a lot of the same issues and after disabling this plugin everything returned to normal for me.
I rolled Firefox back to 5.0.1, where I was not having crashes, and updated to 6.0.2. Thus far, I'm not having the problem of crashes as I did when I started with Firefox 6 to 6.0.2.
