Before the latest update, when I opened a link in a new window it always opened to the same size every time no matter what size the previous window was at the time. Since the update to Firefox 31.0 any time I open a new window it only opens to whatever size the last window was. I don't remember how I got it to work before, and I can't find a setting for a default window size.

Hi zazi, Each window opened takes the size of the previous window opened.

Its possible to zoom in and out as well https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/font-size-and-zoom-increase-size-of-...

You can look at this extension to adjust the font size for the user interface.

Thanks for answering. It doesn't solve the problem, but it looks like the behavior I WANT was a glitch in the previous version. Is there no way to make a new window open to the same size every time no matter what size the previous window was?

If I open a window and then decide to maximize it, I still want the next one to open smaller.
