Firefox has a feature to show all your currently open tabs in one or more tab groups. You can show and hide this screen by pressing Ctrl+Shift+e. Is that the one you're seeing, or something different?
If you ended up with more than one tab group and you want to consolidate them, you can drag the thumbnail images all into one group.
More info: Use Tab Groups to organize a lot of tabs.

You can't use the CNTRL+SHIFT+e in yahoo mail, as it attempts to open a new mail folder!
Oops, I didn't test it on that specific page. This sometimes happens with keyboard shortcuts, even complex ones...
To access the tab groups feature without using the keyboard shortcut, you can add a button to the "3-bar" menu or toolbar (or tab bar). There is one available in the Customize dialog. (It has four gray blocks.)
