Firefox has stopped working error
Since the most recent update Firefox has stopped working. I tried reinstalling it, downloading an older version, and restarting my computer but nothing so far as worked.
This is what comes up in the error report

Hi , Since already been uninstalling it please uninstall it one more time.

Already tried that. Didnt work.
Hello, your issue is related to ntdll.dll which is a WIndows library. Can you please check if
If you have updates, then do them and restart your computer. In the case it does not solve your issue, we will investigate deeply.
Windows is already up to date at 8.1, and I cannot update my drivers because Windows is stuck at 0% when it tries to update.
Well, I think your problem is not Firefox but Windows. If you cannot update our operating system you should first try to fix that.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that start with "bp-".
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the report ID of recent crash reports "on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page".
- click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.
Alternatively you can open about:crashes via the location/address bar.
