Despite of bookmarks tools being activated it doesn't show up anymore or when i first open Firefox, it is displayed for 1 second only and gone. (Ive noticed, though, if u open Firefox on Private mode, it works fine.

I'll mention something obscure -- there is occasionally a glitch among users who set Firefox to "Restore Previous Session" at startup. It works fine until suddenly one day they can see the Bookmarks Toolbar for a moment before tabs are restored, at which point it vanishes. Does that seem similar to your problem? If so, see the "Missing Bar" section of the solution in the following thread: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1255289

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
