Appears spontaneously when browsing across a number of tabs - about once a month for past 6 months. Full bleeping computer AV checks run etc. Thanks

edit: removed your mail address from public display, since the only thing it will attract are spam bots. you will be notified per mail once somebody replies to the thread. (philipp)

Turn off Java and visit the page again. I suspect it then won't load. Or try NoScript. It's just a rouge site. Its most likely sitting in your browser cache.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a good ad blocker.

Not sure which you consider "good", but I use Ghostery, ABP, & AdBlock. Any other recommendations? Thanks
