Since you are using the old EOL Windows 7, if only you did some research on the system requirements for Mozilla VPN.
For example on https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/ What devices is Mozilla VPN compatible with? Mozilla VPN is compatible with mobile, tablet, and desktop on: Windows 10/11 (64-bit only) macOS (10.14 and up) Android (version 8 and up) iOS (13.0 and up) Linux (Ubuntu 18.04 and up)
To request a refund for Mozilla VPN see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-request-refund-mozilla-vpn
Also in FAQ on https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/
What is Mozilla VPN’s refund policy? The first time you subscribe to Mozilla VPN through Mozilla’s website, if you cancel your account within the first 30 days, you may request a refund and Mozilla will refund your first subscription term. If you purchase your subscription through in-app purchase from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, your payment is subject to the terms and conditions of the App Store. You must direct any billing and refund inquiries for such purchases to Apple or Google, as appropriate.
Also since Mozilla VPN is one of Mozilla's premium products, there is the Mozilla VPN section you could post this thread in using https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox-private-network-vpn/form as the Mozilla VPN section is listed in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new
The place to post for help for Firefox Relay is at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/relay/form
This section you posted this thread in is for support of the (desktop) Firefox web browser and the thread cannot be moved to the Mozilla VPN section.
