When selecting video option
after clicking on search, there are the following options just below: All Videos Images News Shopping More Tools
The Tools option is there except when I click on Video
Normaly when i selected Video I could select the tools to get option of length of Video.
This is no longer available when I go to Video

The "Tools" button appears for me in the "VIdeos" category.
Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Settings), click the padlock icon (Clear cookies and site data) for the domain in the selected tab.
"Remove the Cookies" for websites that cause problems:
- Settings -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Data"
"Clear the Cache":
- Settings -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> [X] Cached Web Content -> Clear

it works, but as soon as I log into my account I lose the tools option again.
