I'm using Firefox focus on my iPhone.

iOS is the latest version of 15 and 16.

Question 1.

We use it as a content blocker for Safari.

When I open iCloud notes, the characters are not displayed. Only the photo will be displayed. If you remove the content blocker, it will be displayed normally.

The language used is Japanese.

Can I avoid it by setting focus?

Question 2.

I thought I'd check the iOS version.

If you enter iOS 16.7.8 in the search field, you will get a URL error.

I can do it with other browsers, but why can't I do it with focus?

Is there a solution?

It seems you're encountering two issues with Firefox Focus on your iPhone. Let's address each of them:

Question 1: You mentioned that when using Firefox Focus as a content blocker for Safari and opening iCloud notes, the characters are not displayed, only the photo. This issue seems to be related to how Firefox Focus interacts with the content on the iCloud notes page, especially when it's set to block certain elements.

To troubleshoot this:

In Firefox Focus, try adjusting the content blocking settings. You can experiment with toggling off specific blocking options to see if it resolves the issue with iCloud notes.
If adjusting the content blocking settings doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to temporarily disable Firefox Focus as a content blocker when accessing iCloud notes. You can do this by going to your iPhone's Settings > Safari > Content Blockers, and toggling off Firefox Focus while using iCloud notes.
If the issue persists, you can consider reaching out to Mozilla support for further assistance, as they may be able to provide more insights or potential solutions specific to Firefox Focus on iOS.

Question 2: You mentioned encountering a URL error when trying to search for "iOS 16.7.8" in Firefox Focus. This could be due to various reasons, such as a typo in the search query or a problem with how Firefox Focus handles certain URLs.

To troubleshoot this:

Double-check the search query to ensure there are no typos. If possible, try searching for other similar queries to see if they produce the same error.
If the issue persists, try clearing the browsing data and cache in Firefox Focus. Sometimes, accumulated data can interfere with browsing functionality. You can do this by going to Firefox Focus settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data.
If clearing the browsing data doesn't resolve the issue, consider updating Firefox Focus to the latest version available on the App Store. Sometimes, software updates include bug fixes and improvements that address such issues.
If none of the above steps resolves the problem, you can report the issue to Mozilla through their official channels, such as the Firefox Focus support page or community forums. They can investigate the issue further and provide assistance or fixes if necessary.

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues you're experiencing with Firefox Focus on your iPhone. If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to Mozilla support or community for help.
