TB 128.3.1 esr (32 bit). I've been using TB for years.

Lately TB is marking correctly emails as Junk and the red flame shows up. This is in my Inbox and does not automatically go to Junk Folder. This is checked in my Settings: These are all checked. Mark messages as read When manually marked as junk When Thunderbird determines that they are junk Enable adaptive junk filter logging But I have to manually delete them from the Inbox. I think TB use to show these and then send them to Junk. Whats wrong?

Do you have an exception in your antivirus product for the Thunderbird profile folder? My junk mail did not move when I had an antivirus scanning the files when Thunderbird was trying to update them.

I have a McAfee VP thats furnished free by AT&T. I've looked through it to see if it scans email and I could not find anything pertaining to email.
