Is there a way to access my 'Favorites Toolbar' from Explorer without having to go through the 'Bookmarks' drop down menu and subsequent sub-sub menus?

I am VERY tired of using menu/sub menu/sub-sub menu process (we did enough of that in the 80's & 90's). In Explorer there is a favorites toolbar that with ONE click I can go to a frequently used site/page instead of having to use a 'Bookmarks' drop down menu, etc.,etc. So far I have found that Mozilla/Firefox will not ALLOW me to import MY toolbar.

How about moving the contents of the "Favorites Toolbar" folder into the "Bookmarks Toolbar" folder, so those bookmarks are displayed in the Bookmarks Toolbar in Firefox?
