In looking at Firefox 4 examples on the web, they should a "Firefox" button on the top left of the browser which apparently has a drop-down menu with settings options. I have loaded Firefox 4 and it seems to be working properly but I don't have this button and I can't find any settings anywhere to turn it on/off. Any help with this would be appreciated.

The new interface is only default on Windows Vista and Windows 7. To get it on Windows XP you need to hide the menu bar. To do that in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry.

If you need access to the menus you can press either Alt or F10 to temporarily display them.
