Issue occurred for the 1st time today. After logging-in to the following site, https://cybergate.belhaven.edu/login/index.php, I encounter the error message "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page." I selected "Install Missing Plugin," but received the message, "No suitable plugins were found." It occurred 1st on Firefox v 16.0.1, so I updated to 16.0.2. I uninstalled Java 32 & 64-bit, then re-installed both. I re-installed Adobe Shockwave slim plugin. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, SP1.

The error message was not present Friday, Oct 26th.

It looks like Firefox is hinting about a non-existent media type on the page with mimetype application/x-dgnria and size 0. So perhaps the site would function fully without the said application. You could also try to contact them to confirm if it is needed.

Hi,

You can try deleting the pluginreg.dat file in the Firefox Profile Folder after exiting Firefox.

To open the profile folder via Firefox: Help (Alt + H) > Troubleshooting Information > Show Folder.

No luck. =(

Thank you, however, for your response.
