I am not able to receive a verification code email from Taxact. I've never had this problem until recently.
I talked to the support help at Taxact and they suggested that I contact Thunderbird to find out why the verification code email is not received. On the Taxact end, the emails are going through without error. If they send me an email, it is received, but the verification emails are not received and aren't going to junk, spam, or trash.

Are they on your providers server? Messages have to be on your providers server before they can be downloaded or displayed by Thunderbird. Log into your providers webmail and check your account there.
