Unable to open sites directly or in-directly from my email

When trying to open sites from my email, such as usps.com, I get the following message and it will not allow me to open it even if I put the address in myself:

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at tools.usps.com.

If you entered the right address, you can: 

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

PLEASE help me find this problem. Until the last update, I didn't have this problem. What do I need to do? Thank you

You have to post screenshot of the error so people know what to look for as to why this error happened. And post the url it gives you before the private links so others can see what is the site it shows.
