My firefox process wont end
When I close Firefox, the process doesn't end unless I open task manager and do so manually. Additionally, sometimes the webpages won't load unless I close (and again, end the process) and restart it.
I can't for the life of me figure out what's going on. I tried reinstalling, rebooting my computer a few times, and the problem persists.
I am using Windows 7 64

Please mark "Solved" the answer that really solve the problem, to help others with a similar problem.
None of that was of any help. It still 'hangs', every time I close it. Sometimes, when I open it, it refuses to open the page, but still opens the process, leaving me to end the process and try again.
I did check that, no dice.
i have the same problem of firefox not closing completely. getting process is still running on both my machnes one is windows xp and the other is windows 7
