Ever since I installed TB31 I cannot send email to a mindspring.com address.
I have one friend with a mindspring.com email address. I cannot get any email to go to this person's email. This just started after TB31 was installed. I have never had this problem with this email address before. TB31 is working real well except for this problem. My friend worked with mindspring.com's techie and found problem on my end. Is there something I can do to alleviate this problem?
Chosen solution
It isn't a problem at your end or with your Thunderbird. The error comes from the Google SMTP server trying to deliver the message to the recipient's provider SMTP server. For whatever reason there's a problem with delivering the message. It's something the two email providers need to sort out between them. I'd probably try to have mindspring.com investigate the error message.

Please explain that in more detail. Do you get any error message?

It puzzles me since this problem didn't occur until I installed TB31. Is there a way to go back to the last working copy of TB and try sending the emails again?
I doubt it has got anything to do with the TB update. You may try with a different email client.
