It presented me a Java update install page on Firefox and then going the second time it said that my Chrome Broswer needs an update. I think that it detects which browser I use and present a different malware to download and install.

The list of malicious sites is provided by Google, so you'd have to ask them. The Google Safe Browsing report doesn't list it as malicious, though it does list malicious exploits, as well as the fact that it infected other sites.
