Error No associated application could be found is the message I receive when I click on a link embedded in an email. Just started doing this 24 hours ago.
No previous difficulty following links via Firefox. When I click on the downward pointing triangle, a popup opens with the content; however, when I click on "Open with Firefox" the window closes. Within the same 24-hour period, I attempted to enter data into an online form with same experience. Clicking the link produced the Error message above. Clicking the downward pointing triangle opened the form but the form closed when I attempted to enter data in the fields. Thanks.

Not exactly sure which action is responsible, but full function has been restored. I restarted computer and I "refreshed" Firefox. One way or the other the problem has been resolved.
