I can no longer download flv or mp4 videos anymore. I would usually type the blue arrow in the search bar and a page would open where I'm able to pick the video size I want to download then on top of my phone would show and arrow to let me know its downloading. Now when I press the blue arrow to download a page would open but when I click the size it does nothing. Shows no signs it's downloading and it won't even start downloading. Now with some mp4 videos I could tap and hold for an option to save it. That the only way I can download a video. I'm no longer able to download flv or anything when directed to a download page. I uninstalled and reinstalled and got the most recent version of the video downloader add-on to make sure it wasn't that it was an old version . Please help. This problem is highly irritating. Never had this issue before this update. Can anyone tell me if I did something wrong? Or eat ý

Hi SupremeScenery

Since we can't read minds :-) we need more troubleshooting details to help you:

  1. What model of Android tablet or phone are you using? What version of Android are you using (e.g. Jellybean 4.1-4.3, Kitkat 4.4, Lollipop 5.0, 5.1, etc)?
  2. What version of Firefox for Android are you using? (please try the latest version which is currently FF37.0.1)
  3. What did you do exactly, what happened and what did you expect? (details please! especially the URLS of the video sites you are downloading videos from, if you are using an add-on, what Firefox for Android add-on (Flash video downloader) you are using to download the videos; remember Mozilla doesn't support 3rd party add-ons so if you are using a 3rd party add-on please contact the add-on author for support)

Cheers!
