Chosen solution

does downloading from

Http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/37.0.1/win32/en-US/ work, have you tried IE for downloading it, its best feature is of course downloading Firefox.

or u may Try deleting the program directory and installing again.

If it is not successful, delete program directories again. Then download and install an older version of Firefox from here https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/

If installing an older version of Firefox worked, please update Firefox AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE BROWSER.

Please report back soon.

Try the download from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/, let me know if that works.

I'm curious as to why you removed Firefox in the first place?
