Hi

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox, but I can recommend a couple of things you might want to look into;

1) Check your "junk" or "spam" folder on your email account. You email provide may have incorrectly assumed it was junk mail and moved it to that folder. Different providers put the folder in different places, but commonly it will be in the list below "Inbox", "Drafts" and "Sent" when you look at your account online. There may be an option to not treat that email as "junk" in the future, but please see your email providers help pages for more details on this.

2) Get in contact with the organization sending you that email and make sure it is being sent to you.

I hope this helps fix your issue and hope that the emails come through as your expect soon.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
