I've created a Sync account on Desktop and logged in on Android. When I go to settings and click "Synchronize" or "Sync Now" or however it's called in English version of the app it says "Synchronizing..." for a second, then goes back to showing "Synchronize" with "Last sync: never" under it. The options for what to sync are grayed out. "Logged in as" correctly shows my email. about:sync-tabs on desktop shows nothing.

FF Versions are up to date: Android: 38.0.5 PC: 38.1.0 esr

Thank you! For some reason the update feature in Settings was telling me that there are no updates available. Simply updating via Google Play has solved the problem.
