" Shoe cookie does not help, does re- set completely , too, is nothing other browsers everything works fine

Your message is confusing. Are you having a problem with the web site? With cookies?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

  • Clear the Cache and
  • Remove Cookies
    Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to.

Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar.

  • Cookies; Select Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. Press the button on the right side called Show Cookies. Use the search bar to look for the site. Note; There may be more than one entry. Remove All of them.
  • Cache; Select Advanced > Network. Across from Cached Web Content, Press Clear Now.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.


Cookies are sent by web sites. You can tell Firefox to not allow sites that you choose by following these directions.

Type about:preferences#privacy <enter> in the address bar.

The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.

Under History, turn on Accept cookies from sites and Accept third-party cookies. At the far right, press the Exceptions button. Place those web sites you don't want here.

Good afternoon Maxum, Sorry I only speak the English language, but even if I was more knowledgeable we have to use English on this forum. I will try to point at Russian articles & a Russian forum.

You appear to be using a Russian language site. The links I have posted underneath here should redirect to the Russian versions in a Russian Firefox. I have also added the direct links to the Russian versions of the help articles.
