Version 38.3 of Thunderbird won't show the list of open windows in the Windows menu when I'm looking at the Inbox.

On Mac OS X Yosemite, I just upgraded to Thunderbird 38.3. Now, when I'm looking at the Inbox, the Windows menu doesn't include the lists of open email and draft windows. I have to bring an open email window or composition window to the foreground in order to see the list of open windows in the Windows menu. This needs to be fixed right away.
