How to stop thunderbird counting emails in ignored threads?

The ignore threads function doesn't make much sense, when TB keeps counting the new mails and display it on the folder. Then I think there are new mails in my Mailinglist, but I cant see any because they come from an ignored thread. New Mails in ignored threads shouldn't be counted.

You can use a filter to Mark as Read the ignored messages, this way Thunderbird won't count this messages.

Ai already tried so, but how can I identifie ignored threads? I dont want to build a new filter by title for each ignored thread
