Constant crashing and error messages
Dear Sir/Madam,
My colleagues and I are experiencing issues with our emails.
Firstly, we keep getting an error message almost everytime we try to send an email. I have attached a screen print of the notification for your reference.
The second issue we are experiencing is that our emails just keep crashing (screen print also attached).
Yesterday it happened about 20 times within under 5 minutes. Basically every time it reopens, it crashes again almost straight away and today is no different.
This is incredibly frustrating as it is delaying us from getting on with our work, especially as email is our main source on communication.
Please can you advise how we can get this sorted.

Start *Windows'* safe mode with networking enabled - win7 http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-7 Still In Windows safe mode, start thunderbird in safe mode - http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/safe-mode Does problem go away?
