Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required)?

Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove the Cookies" from websites that cause problems.

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I tried the above and still have same problem...... The web page i go to is just Martin Guitar and on their site there is a page that allows you to click on and customize the guitar you want them to build. When I do that i get the all white page with one word in the top left hand corner "False".

That feature seems to be a Shockwave Flash application that opens for me below the guitars images.

Do you otherwise have problems with Flash?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

I tried disabling Flash protected mode to no avail....Thanks for the suggestion. I still get the "False" on an all white screen when attempting to use the customize feature on the martin guitar website. It really is annoying, please keep the ideas/suggestions coming......
