I can't seem to log in at the Sync page and when I ask for username help or password help, your email doesn't reach my inbox. Note: I just received a Support Account email at that address wth no problem, yet I can't sign in at the Sync page. Can ou help? Thanks.

Are you sure you are creating your account on https://accounts.firefox.com/signup/ ? cross check with email that you are using for signup .

The Op is having a problem with the Sync account and not with the support.mozilla.org account. The section you linked is for Sumo site related stuff only.
