Save last browsing location when page is refreshed?
I'm working on creating a website and need to refresh it several times to check updates to it. I'm coming from a mac to windows 10 and previously on the mac you could browse to the middle of the page, refresh the page and would be placed back were you were previously viewing after refreshing at the middle of the page.
I'm having a problem with windows 10 that every time a page is refreshed the current browsing location isn't saved and the page is automatically loaded at the top. Is there any way to fix this error? A similar error happens with the File Explorer when renaming files, it jumps to the renamed file instead of the previous browsing location. Is there a hidden setting for remembering previous browsing location in windows 10?

Firefox will attempt to restore the page position if it reloads from cache. However, if you bypass the cache, the page reloads and you are positioned at the top.
I don't know whether there is an add-on to address this, but I suggest searching around for one. Nothing popped out at me as a great fit (two claim to put a highlight in the page for where you left off):

Thanks for the help jscher2000! I'll have to check out the add-ons. : ) I checked and the screen location works ok in Microsoft Edge so it looks like it is only a Firefox thing.
